Introduction to CPS Workshop (4 hours)

In this half day interactive workshop, participants are introduced to the six step process.  On completion they will understand how the CPS process works and will be able to use it with personal or business challenges. Participants learn how to do structured brainstorming, and will learn tools and techniques for effective use of CPS.

CPS Immersion Course (20 hours)

The CPS process is an art and a science.  Expertise in using the process, or facilitating the process, occurs with practice.  In this immersion course, participants increase their facility with the process in a supported, trial-by-fire, in-depth experience.  On completion participants are ready to facilitate CPS within their organization.
