Fraley uses innovative ideation designs – techniques that have you thinking differently about your challenges.   The emphasis is on creating an environment for divergent thinking.  This environment is created using a variety of techniques, everything from improvisational comedy games designed to build teams to  story telling around consumer “contact points.”

Offsite settings, “trained brains” (proven idea people with ideation process knowledge) and numerous techniques for stimulation are used to maximize ideation session effectiveness.

Many corporate idea sessions are isolated events.  D.S. Fraley encourages a more integrated and long-term approach.  Combining  intensive sessions with "always available" web-based idea collection tools institutionalizes innovation efforts.  Great ideas often occur outside of brainstorming sessions, and having a structure in place to capture and process those ideas is essential to continuous innovation.
