Avoid Avoidance

Must avoid my avoidance behavior.

I affirm the positive. I write reminders. I’m good enough. I’m smart enough. And, doggone it, I can do this!  Only problem is that the affirmations win out over action. I’m great at understanding the issue and affirming the positive. Not so good at follow-through. Must start avoiding avoidance.
