She’s Not Here

Be here now.

Today’s spiritual teachers say, “be here now.”  Be present. It’s a present, a gift preSent to be enjoyed. Yet, I often ponder what was or fret about what might be. I was somewhere, but not here. I remind myself to be here now.

In what ways might you more fully experience the here and now?
In what ways do you live in yesterday’s regrets or fret about tomorrow’s what ifs?
