Zip it

Quiet in there.

I am in a state of change. Moving into new territory. Following a passion. Striving to make a dream reality. But there are voices.  They say: “Your time has passed.” “You don’t have what it takes.” “You’re kidding yourself.” Those voices are noisy. I say, “quiet in there.” Zip it. And then I carry on.

In what ways do voices interrupt you from pursuing new things?
How might you quiet those voices and carry on?
