Continuing Together

I do not have to leave her behind
to keep moving forward.

Insight

I do not need to leave my younger self behind to continue becoming who I am. She is part of my story, carrying memories, experiences, and gifts that still belong to me. I can honor her without returning to the past, allowing what matters to accompany me into the present and whatever lies ahead. Moving forward does not require separation. It can mean bringing all of who I am along for the journey.
