Norma with eyes closed as a single white thread travels from a tangled mass through looping circles toward her, representing discernment within complexity.

The Clear Thread

I can remain surrounded by complexity
and still discern what matters.

Insight

I am learning that clarity does not require everything around me to make sense.

There may still be uncertainty, competing ideas, unanswered questions, and things I cannot resolve. I once thought I needed to sort through all of it before I could know how I felt or what mattered.

Now I am beginning to trust my ability to discern within the complexity—to notice the thread that feels true and follow it without first untangling everything else.

Perhaps clarity is not the absence of complexity. It is knowing what deserves my attention within it.

Reflection

What can you trust yourself to know, even when everything around it remains complicated?
