Seize The Day
Be here now.
So much of my day involves thoughts of the past or plans for the future. When I’m busy, I race through the day. At the end, check marks off the list without experiencing the day itself. When I’m quiet, I imagine what needs to be done and what is left undone. No sensing of open space and stillness. Time to stop, feel, and be here now. The day is waiting.
In what ways does your life consist of what was or what will be?
In what ways might you make room for the here and now?
