Norma walks forward on a white path into a black unknown, leaving behind burdens labeled old stories, what if, not enough, still trying, and others’ expectations.

What I Leave Behind

I don’t need to carry everything forward.

Insight

I can honor what has shaped me without continuing to carry it. When I release old stories, doubts, expectations, and the need to keep trying, I create space to move forward. I do not need to know where the path leads. I only need to recognize what no longer needs to come with me.

Reflection

What am I ready to leave behind so I can move forward more freely?
