The Chain I Hold

Norma looks down thoughtfully at a loose chain she holds in one hand, while the other end circles her wrist. Against a black background, her red shirt and white hands emphasize the moment she recognizes her own participation in holding on.

What I Carry Forward

Norma walks forward carrying a backpack while an outlined version of her former self remains behind. Text reads, “Not everything that brought me here needs to go where I’m going.”

Still Here

Norma dances joyfully beside her younger self, both with arms open in celebration

Stop Carrying it with You

Norma walks barefoot with a large black backpack containing the “it” symbol. She turns her head to look back at it, suggesting awareness of the emotional burden she carries.
