Norma sits quietly with her eyes closed, holding a heart filled with stars and raindrops, illustrating the insight that some truths are felt before they are understood.

Aglow

Some truths are felt before they are understood.

Insight

I am beginning to recognize how easily a quiet knowing can be lost in my desire to understand, explain, or make sense of what I experience.

But not everything reveals itself through thought. Sometimes I feel something first—a pull, a recognition, a sense that something matters—without knowing why. Understanding may come later.

I am learning to give that feeling room to exist before asking my mind to explain it. Intuition and thought need not compete. Sometimes knowing simply comes first.

Reflection

What do you feel to be true before you fully understand why?
