Not Yet
I can be here without knowing what comes next.
Insight
I am learning that not knowing what comes next does not mean I need to figure it out.
There are times when what was no longer fits, but what will be has not yet taken shape. My instinct can be to fill that uncertainty with plans, predictions, or answers—to turn the unknown into something I can understand.
But perhaps I don’t need to hurry through this space.
I can let the past be past without already knowing the future. I can stay with what is here, notice what is unfolding, and allow the next thing to reveal itself when it is ready.
For now, being here is enough.
Reflection
Can you allow yourself to be where you are without needing to know what comes next?
