Norma holds a cracked white bowl and looks at it quietly. Text reads, “The Crack. I can see it without having to fix it.

The Crack

I can see it without having to fix it.

Insight

I often think that seeing what is cracked means I need to repair it. But some things ask only to be acknowledged. I can look directly at what hurts, what changed, or what did not turn out as I hoped without immediately trying to make it different. Seeing clearly may be enough for now.

Reflection

What can I allow myself to see without trying to fix it?
